Why do you think people don't vote? Are they lazy, apathetic or jaded by politics?

Sometimes i think that people don't vote because they can not make an intelligent and informed choice.  Personally, I would rather people choose not to vote rather than just vote based on one or 2 peices of information rather than the entire truth.

I don't think not voting is a wasted vote, i think ignorant votes are the ones that are wasted.
